We are off on our family camping trip and won't be back for a couple of weeks. Here is a nice message from Flora to all of you.

Usually when I ask Flora where something is, she says "hmmm....wonder" or "hmmmm....maybe". It is so adorable. I haven't been able to catch her doing it on video, probably because when I ask her where something is it happens to be right in my line of vision, and hers too, because being able to think on the spot is not my forte. So we have a staged version for you to enjoy. Also her eating "necarine" and giving the line from one of the lamest jokes on the planet, obviously a favourite of my dear husband....

We had a nice night of camping on Saturday. The weather wasn't brilliant but it was worth the trip to see the boys and have a little bit of time with the family. Boone taught Flora the pleasures of "drivin". I didn't see much of Pike, now that he can ride a bike better than I can he is nowhere to be seen! Rich witnessed one rather humorous moment when Pike encouraged Tom to ride with one hand (Tom has only recently mastered the independent riding) and Tom shakily obliged only to find pavement a second later. I could plague you with photos of our Father's day celebration however it would be a lot of pictures of Rich watching the US Open...

strawberries and applesauce

I don’t know if she is just really confident that she is right or if she wants to have an argument with me but she has been refusing to acknowledge that she is eating raspberries, NOT strawberries!
