She isn't choking Iris, though it does look that way. If I remember correctly, Iris is standing on her foot and Flora is still trying to keep her in place for the picture!
I remember Flora doing the same thing with her fists when she got excited. Iris is clearly wrapped up in a fairly good episode of Baby Einstein.
She gets cuter and cuter.
Trying her best not to smile.
